Especially appreciated by sommeliers and top chefs, S.Pellegrino is one of the world's best loved mineral waters, enhancing your tasteful moments with its gentle bubbles and perfect mineral balance.

S.Pellegrino will soon move into a new and even greener "home", created by renovating the existing plant and integrating it even further with its natural surroundings. Developed from a design by Danish architect Bjarke Ingels and the BIG studio, the project features locally sourced materials, efficient lighting, photovoltaic panels and a rainwater recycling system.

That caring attitude starts with protecting the natural environment in which the company operates and ensuring the water itself reaches our customers pure and untouched.

S.Pellegrino is a gift of nature, emerging pure and rich in mineral salts. It’s bottled directly at the source, untouched by man. 500 tests are carried out every day to ensure it's pure and safe, and that's the way it's been for 120 years.

It also extends to nurturing the communities to which S.Pellegrino is committed, including the global gastronomy community.

The S.Pellegrino Young Chef competition was established to nurture diverse young talent, in the belief that gastronomy can change our society. Pictured is the most recent winner, Yasuhiro Fujio, former sous-chef at the two-Michelin-star French restaurant La Cime in Osaka.

While S.Pellegrino works hard to champion talent and inclusion around the world, the organisation remains proud of its Italian DNA, and of its role as an ambassador for the "Made in Italy" brand, famous for quality and meticulous care.

Tastefully Italian. Two simple words, which together encapsulate the beauty of S.Pellegrino's country of origin and its unmistakably Italian taste.

In fact, a caring attitude can be seen as central to the concept of craftsmanship. That is why S.Pellegrino is honoured to sponsor The Art of Craftsmanship Award at the Green Carpet Fashion Awards.

S.Pellegrino focuses considerable effort on protecting its source and the surrounding environment, and using the water resources needed for production in the most sustainable way possible.
